Terms & Conditions & Service Agreement

1. Nature of Services

Courtney Beck provides remote energy sessions, personalized audio healings, and intuitive guidance/clarity readings. These services are complementary practices intended solely for stress relief, energetic restoration, self-exploration, and personal growth.

2. Not Medical, Psychological, Legal, or Financial Advice

  • Services provided by Courtney Beck do not constitute medical, psychiatric, psychological, legal, or financial advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

  • Energy work and intuitive readings do not replace licensed healthcare. Never disregard, delay, or modify professional medical or mental health treatment based on information received during or after a session or reading.

  • If you are experiencing a medical emergency or severe mental health crisis, please contact your local emergency services or a qualified medical professional immediately.

3. No Guarantees of Specific Outcomes

Every individual’s system and energetic response is unique. While Courtney Beck works intentionally to support your system's return to balance, no specific physical, emotional, mental, or situational outcomes, cures, or results are guaranteed.

4. Client Responsibility & Informed Consent

By booking a session or purchasing an audio healing or reading, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years of age (or have explicit parental/guardian consent).

  • You are participating voluntarily and assume full personal responsibility for your physical, emotional, and mental well-being during and after the service.

  • You understand that intuitive readings offer perspective for self-reflection, and any actions or life decisions you make following a reading are made entirely at your own discretion and responsibility.

5. Payment, Cancellations & Refund Policy

  • Payment: Full payment is required at the time of booking to reserve your session time.

  • Refunds: Due to the bespoke nature, dedicated time, and immediate fulfillment involved in remote energy work, written transcriptions, and custom audio recordings, all sales are final and non-refundable once session work or audio production has commenced.

  • Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule your session, please provide at least 24 hours' written notice. Reschedule requests made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a fee or forfeiture of the session.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Courtney Beck and her representatives shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your participation in any session, reading, or audio product, or from any decisions made based on the information provided.

7. Intellectual Property & Proprietary Material

  • Ownership: All content, audio recordings, meditations, channeled writings, books, written session transcriptions, graphics, website copy, and materials provided by Courtney Beck or accessed through the Ente Collective are the exclusive intellectual property of Courtney Beck and are protected by copyright laws.

  • Permitted Use: Purchasing a session, audio recording, or Ente Collective membership grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for your personal, non-commercial use only.

  • Prohibited Actions: You may not copy, reproduce, record, record screen/audio, re-transmit, publish, distribute, resell, upload, share access to, or create derivative works from any audio, text, or materials without explicit prior written consent from Courtney Beck. Unauthorised sharing or commercial exploitation of any materials is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action and immediate termination of access without refund.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or related to your use of our services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New South Wales, Australia, without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in New South Wales, Australia.

9. Consumer Rights & International Waivers

  • Australian Consumer Law Notice: Nothing in these Terms limits, excludes, or modifies any consumer rights or statutory guarantees provided under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) or Australian Consumer Law (ACL) that cannot be lawfully excluded. If a service fails to meet a statutory guarantee, you are entitled to remedies as prescribed by law.

  • European Union & International Rights Waiver: By purchasing digital audio products or starting a free trial for immediate access to digital content, you explicitly consent to immediate fulfillment and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal or cooling-off period under applicable EU/UK consumer protection laws once digital access is granted. For distance sessions, you request that performance begins immediately or at your scheduled time, waiving any statutory right to cancel once session work has commenced.

10. Subscription Terms & Auto-Renewal (Ente Collective)

  • Free Trial: Your 14-day free trial provides access to the Ente Collective library. Unless cancelled prior to the end of the 14-day trial period, your subscription will automatically convert into a paid recurring membership.

  • Billing Cycle: Subscriptions renew automatically on a recurring monthly or annual basis until cancelled via your account portal or by contacting us prior to the renewal billing date.
