How do I cancel my plan?
Canceling is simple and entirely under your control.

If you joined via your computer or phone internet browser, simply go to your account settings, click Plans and Access, find your active plan, and click Cancel Subscription.

If you signed up and paid inside the Apple app on your iPhone or iPad, you will need to open your actual device Settings, tap your name at the top, select Subscriptions, and click cancel there.

Can I join from outside the United States and do I need to participate in the community?
Ente is a global sanctuary with members tuning in worldwide. This community creates deep, meaningful connections across different continents and time zones, bringing together curious souls who otherwise would never have met.

However, there is zero pressure to interact. If you prefer to stay completely invisible and just use the healings and meditations in private, you are entirely welcome to do so. Your journey is completely your own.

How do I access the healing meditations and live sessions? Do I need an app?
You do not need to download an app. You can access Ente instantly using the internet browser on your phone, tablet, or computer.

Signing up is as simple as entering your name, email, a password and entering your payment details.

If you prefer to use an app, you can optionally download the free Mighty Networks app from the app store on your phone and search for "Ente Collective" to log in.  

Do I need to know how to meditate or stay focussed for this to work?
Not at all. Traditional meditation relies on your ability to quiet your mind or control your breath. Ente is different. These tracks are embedded with active, intelligent healing energies that do the heavy lifting for you. Your attention span will not alter the healing your system soaks up. Just press play and enjoy.

Where and when should I listen to the healing meditations?
Listen whenever fits your day. Most of the tracks are designed for you to sit or lie down in a quiet, undisturbed space to go deep into the energy.

However, many of our members also love listening to the meditations during their daily walk or morning commute. Choose the space that feels right for you, but please don't listen to these tracks while driving or operating machinery.

I have a busy schedule. How much time do I need to commit?
There is no forced schedule. The audio library is entirely on-demand, allowing you to stream a short track whenever you have 5 minutes. Even listening to one meditation a week delivers calm and physical relief.

I’ve never done energy work before. Is this right for beginners?
Ente is a welcoming sanctuary built for all experience levels. You do not need special training or spiritual expertise. Because the tracks are embedded with active healing energies, you can receive shifts from day one.

What if I can’t make the live group healing?
You will never miss the energy. Every monthly session is recorded and uploaded to the past recordings library within 24 hours. Stream the replay whenever it suits your schedule to receive the exact same healing benefits.
