How does a healing session work?
The human body is a sponge that soaks up all of life’s experiences. The problem is, it doesn’t know what to keep or get rid of, so it keeps EVERYTHING. The problem is the more we soak up, the more we feel weighed down. You'd never use a kitchen sponge without ever wringing it out. Our job is to energetically wring you out so you can get back to living your best life.

3. Now you have booked and paid, I will work with you at the agreed time. Post-session you’ll receive an email with a detailed synopsis of our healing session and what occurred.
4. Please hold on booking further sessions until you have had your first healing. We find it is better to wait to see how the first session settles before choosing your second date. If you would like to book all 3-sessions in, please leave 1-2 weeks in between.
